As a member of the organization's Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for all Informatics, data & reporting, and IT functions across the organization. You will translate the organization-wide strategy, establish your teams' strategy, lead and manage them. You will partner with stakeholders within and outside the organization to ensure optimal performance of the Electronic Medical Record system, as well as accuracy and timeliness of operational reports. You will lead IT and Informatics governance processes.

Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Location : Larkspur Office

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

• Lead the Informatics team, ensuring performance and responsiveness to organization needs
• Lead the IT and Informatics Governance processes and ensure full alignment with senior and executive leadership
• Ensure Electronic Medical Records system performance, supporting clinical and operational teams
• Guide Informatics team to implement and maintain best practices
• Partner with organization senior leadership to prioritize investments effort for highest impact & return, as well as alignment with organization strategy
• Lead your Informatics Trainer to deliver highest quality education in a timely and customer-centric manner
• Manage Informatics and IT team members to highest degree of excellence
• Own organization-wide data-management and reporting strategy
