Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho)

Location : Howell, MI

Estimated Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 + Bonus

SIGN ON BONUS : $2,000

Responsibilities :

Imagine you're a superhero, but instead of a cape, you've got a stethoscope and some resistance bands. As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you're the go-to expert for people who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or just dealing with the day-to-day aches and pains of life. Your job? Help them get back to feeling awesome, one move at a time!

• Custom Treatment Plans :

No two bodies are the same! You'll design personalized treatment plans that could involve a mix of stretching, strengthening, and maybe some "magical" modalities (we're talking ultrasound, heat, ice, you name it).

Whether it's a knee replacement recovery or a sprained ankle, you'll lead your patients through exercises and stretches that build strength and flexibility.

It's all about the gains! You'll keep track of your patient's progress, making sure they're improving and adjusting the treatment plan if needed.

You're not just about exercise, you'll also teach your patients the secrets of injury prevention, good posture, and how to move with confidence.

You're in this with the whole healthcare squad. You'll be talking with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to make sure your patients are getting the best care possible. Communication is key, and you'll always have your patient's back (literally and figuratively!).
