Head Basketball Coach

M.H.G. Preparatory Academy is a Christian school that not only carries the name of Christ but actively leads by the principles and teachings of Jesus. We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Head Basketball Coach to lead our boys’ basketball program. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a prep school or elite travel team environment, possess a strong ability to develop student-athletes, and demonstrate a clear commitment to integrating faith and sports. This leader must understand how to build a competitive program while upholding spiritual integrity, academic accountability, and strong character development.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Leadership & Player Development :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the school basketball program.
• Develop, mentor, and train student-athletes through structured practices, strength and conditioning, and individualized skill development plans.
• Implement strategies that support the athletic, academic, social, and spiritual growth of players.
• Build a strong prep-school culture that emphasizes discipline, accountability, and high expectations on and off the court.
