Associate Producer

A company is looking for an Associate Producer to support the development, production, and delivery of podcast episodes. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing podcast recordings, managing production calendars, and coordinating talent bookings Contribute to episode research, scripting, and narrative development while ensuring quality control and compliance with network standards Support hosts and production teams during tapings and maintain organized file systems for all episodes Required Qualifications Associate's degree in communications, media, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience Minimum 2-4 years of experience in audio production, journalism, or digital media Working knowledge of podcasting tools and audio editing software Experience with CMS platforms and episode publishing tools Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
