Job Description : Nocturnist Sage Memorial Hospital

Position Overview :

Sequoyah Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nocturnist to join the Sage Memorial Hospital in Ganado, AZ. This is a night-shift position that offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Schedule :

  • Night shifts : 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
  • Preferred schedule : 7 consecutive shifts followed by time off

Facility Details :

  • 15 medical beds
  • 4 ICU beds supported by a tele-Intensivist team
  • Comprehensive support from highly skilled nursing staff and ancillary services

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide overnight medical care to inpatients, including admissions, consultations, and ongoing management.
  • Collaborate with the tele-Intensivist team to manage ICU patients as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
  • Respond promptly to emergent situations and codes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

    • Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Arizona
  • ACLS and BLS certification required
  • Experience in hospital medicine or as a nocturnist preferred
  • Strong clinical and decision-making skills

    • Compensation : $190 - 200 / hr, plus housing, transportation and malpractice
