Neonatologist - NICU Development & Leadership Track

Southeastern US

Care for critically ill and well babies

Practice Highlights :

  • Great Work / Life Balance : Work 7 Days On, Get 7 Days Off! Work only 24 weeks / year
  • Clinical Focus : Manage a diverse patient population, including NICU and newborn nursery care.
  • Call Flexibility : Enjoy the convenience of taking call from the comfort of your home
  • Future Growth : Level III NICU working with main campus' Level IV NICU
  • Leadership Path : Opportunity to transition into a Medical Director
  • Affiliation : Work within one of the country's best Pediatrics departments

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Compensation : $285k base salary
  • Relocation : $17,500
  • CME : $4,500 / year
  • PTO : 36 Days / year

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree : MD / DO
  • Certifications : Board Certified or Eligible
  • Experience : Open to all experience levels including new grads
  • Visas : Can sponsor H-1 and J-1 candidates
