Job description

Welcome to Our Team!

We are looking for a Board Certified Primary Care physician to join our established PACE Program. If you have a CAQ in Geriatric Medicine and at least 1 year of experience caring for the Geriatric population, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Provide primary medical care to participants
  • Assess participants and develop a plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide direct participant medical care and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care
  • Function in a collegial relationship with other health care professionals
  • Make independent decisions regarding medical needs and health regimens

Qualifications :

  • Board Certified in Primary Care
  • CAQ in Geriatric Medicine
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience caring for the Geriatric population

    • Benefits :

  • Competitive salary of $190,000-230,000
  • Monday through Friday schedule with shared evening and weekend call
  • Located in Wilmington, Delaware - a city with a big city feel and small-town charm
  • Conveniently situated 30 minutes south of Philadelphia and midway between New York and Washington DC
