Kinara Group is supporting a fast-growing AI / ML company at the forefront of biomarker discovery and translational research. As they scale toward their next funding milestone, they are hiring a Vice President of Product Marketing to define and own global product positioning, GTM strategy, and customer insight across Pharma and Biotech.

This is a senior strategic role shaping how the company communicates value across precision medicine, translational science, and AI-powered biomarker development.

Base pay range

$225,000.00 / yr - $300,000.00 / yr

The Opportunity

Own global product marketing strategy across all platform offerings (biomarker discovery, translational analytics, AI / ML tools).

Build messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with Top-20 Pharma, biotech, CROs, and precision medicine groups.

Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Science, and Executive leadership.

Translate complex science into compelling commercial narratives, customer collateral, and launch materials.

Drive competitive intelligence and market insight to support product roadmap and pricing strategy.

Shape thought leadership across major scientific conferences (ASCO, AACR, ESMO, JPM, BioTechX).

Partner with Sales to optimise GTM, account expansion, and enterprise deal support.

What We're Looking For

10+ years experience in Product Marketing or Product Strategy in Omics / biomarkers, Translational informatics, Scientific software

Strong ability to convert scientific capabilities into clear commercial value.

Background in high-growth, venture-backed life science companies (Series A–C ideal).

Proven experience supporting enterprise Pharma accounts or platform licensing.

Leadership experience building teams (PMM, content, competitive, GTM).

Excellent storytelling, scientific communication, and GTM launch execution.
