Senior Lead Architect

Responsibilities

• Deliver architecture and professional services to Cohesity customers.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and Cohesity teams.
• Collaborate with the product solutions team to align technology capabilities with customer requirements and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to the solution delivery team.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their organizational needs and how Cohesity features support their objectives.
• Write and validate deployment architectures; define technical architecture including sizing and performance to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and update Jira by creating and managing user stories to align product, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Provide post-deployment documentation (run books, pre-deployment templates, etc.) and develop training curricula from deployment designs and best practices.
• Convert deployment designs and best practices into a training curriculum and deliver hands-on training in small groups; conduct beta testing of procedures in the field.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure Deployment Designs are successfully deployed and gather feedback to improve the overall experience.
• Develop post-deployment documentation and knowledge base articles related to practices and architectures.
• continually improve deliverables as we scale and release new features / products; inspect deliverables for successes and improvements.
• Travel as required to support customer engagements (expected travel greater than 25%).

What we’re looking for

Compensation and benefits

Pay range : $137,360.00 – $171,700.00. The compensation noted is based on an annualized rate and may vary based on skills, qualifications, location, and other factors. Eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, holidays, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and other benefits offered by the Company.
