Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Saint Ignace, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Location : Primarily Mackinac Island; may occasionally work in St. Ignace Clinic

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hrs / week

Job Description :

LPNs working in nursing home and clinic settings will :

  • Admit new residents and assist physicians during rounds.
  • Assign and delegate duties to non-licensed nursing staff.
  • Monitor resident care and supervise nursing personnel.
  • Perform ongoing physical and mental health assessments.
  • Explain procedures and treatment plans to residents.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (required)
  • EPIC EMR experience (required)
  • Active Michigan LPN license
  • Current BLS (AHA) certification
