Radiologic Technologist Job Details

Location : Salem, MA 01970 (North Shore – close to Boston, historic charm, and coastal living)

Healthcare Setting : Cardiac Catheterization & Electrophysiology Lab (2 procedure rooms)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : November 23, 2025 – End : February 21, 2026)

Shift : 4x10 hour days (7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM), with 7 on-call shifts per 4-week block (including 3 full weekend calls)

Weekly Hours : 40

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2600–$2790

Employment Type : Travel / Contract Radiologic Technologist

Patient Population : Adult

EMR System : EPIC (Cupid)

Imaging Equipment : Toshiba X-Ray

Floating : May float to Interventional Radiology as needed

Radiologic Technologist Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a CT / Radiologic Technologist in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab

ARRT Certification and current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License required

ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Proficiency in interventional cardiac procedures, PCI, and EPIC charting

Scrub experience for device implants, lead revision, and ablation procedures

Ability to secure housing within 30 minutes of Salem Hospital for on-call responsibilities

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

Perform and assist with interventional cardiac procedures, including PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implants, and ablations

Scrub for device implants, lead revisions, and ablation procedures in the EP Lab

Utilize EPIC (Cupid) for accurate patient charting and clinical documentation

Operate Toshiba X-Ray equipment safely and efficiently in a clinical healthcare setting

Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including full weekend coverage

Float to Interventional Radiology as required by department needs

Deliver high-quality clinical care to adult patients in a fast-paced Massachusetts healthcare environment
