Job descriptionA bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a closely related discipline is required Project or program management experience in manufacturing, product launches, or customer onboarding Deep expertise in manufacturing workflows and product launch requirements Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) Background in regulated or high‑specification products
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary project lead, aligning customer requirements with internal capabilities for new customers and product lines
- Develop, maintain, and track timelines, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, HR, business development, and customer service to meet commitments
- Partner with Business Development and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience
- Provide regular status updates, escalate risks, enforce accountability, and ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Qualifications
