LCSW – Full-Time Role with Growth & Flexibility

Looking for a new opportunity? We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide essential mental health services in California. This full-time position offers a remote or outpatient setting, allowing you to work in a supportive, well-equipped environment.

We invest in our staff by providing resources, training, and tools to help them grow professionally. Our leadership team is hands-on and committed to supporting both staff and patients every step of the way.

Schedule & Pay :

  • Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • 115,000 - $120,000 / year + comprehensive benefits

Duties :

  • Perform thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Support individuals and families through therapy and counseling.
  • Stay current with best practices in evidence-based treatment.

    • Requirements

  • Master’s in Social Work + Active LCSW license.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a therapy setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
