The Opportunity

As a Senior Estimator , you’ll take ownership of the preconstruction and estimating process — leading efforts that shape the company’s project pipeline and future growth.

You’ll collaborate directly with ownership and senior leadership to develop conceptual budgets, competitive proposals, and detailed cost breakdowns that reflect the firm’s commitment to precision, partnership, and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead estimating efforts for commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects ($5M–$75M)
  • Manage the full bid process — review drawings, coordinate subcontractor outreach, and evaluate scope and pricing
  • Prepare conceptual and schematic budgets in collaboration with clients and design teams
  • Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents for smooth bid-to-build transitions
  • Identify value-engineering and cost-saving opportunities
  • Support business development and client relationships through timely, accurate cost analysis

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–15 years of experience in commercial or institutional estimating
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle estimates on projects between $5M–$75M
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Excel (Procore Estimating a plus)
  • Strong understanding of building assemblies, market pricing, and subcontractor coordination
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to preconstruction and client service

    💰 Base Salary : $120,000 – $150,000 (DOE)

    💵 Bonus & Profit Sharing : Annual performance-based bonus + company profit share
