Design Consultant

Job Title : Design Consultant Location : Ship Bottom, New Jersey Type : Direct Hire Compensation : $65,000 annually Contractor Work Model : Onsite Hours : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM Monday-Friday. An occasional Sunday may be required. Sundays will not be a full 8 hour work day. Design Consultant Job Duties : Attend client meetings and record notes, decisions, and action items in an accurate, organized manner Prepare and distribute documentation, proposals, and follow-up communications after client meetings Support the Director of Sales and Operations with administrative tasks and project coordination Maintain and update project records, spreadsheets, and client files Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and schedules for clients and internal teams Serve as a professional, personable point of contact for clients throughout the process Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met Work occasional Sundays as needed to support client schedules Design Consultant Job Requirements : Must have at least 1 year experience in Design. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, polished presence when working with high-end clientele Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in design, architecture, or related fields is preferred.
