Responsibilities

• Guide guest hunters
• Clean and dress harvested wildlife
• Maintain ranch infrastructure, including fences, ponds, roads, corrals, water systems, housing, deer blinds, and buildings (repair and upkeep)
• Clean and maintain ranch equipment, vehicles, and facilities
• Fill feeders
• Conduct deer surveys (helicopter and spotlight)
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment
• Perform welding tasks
• Handle cattle (minimal)
• Assist with habitat management (e.g., brush control and chemical application)
• Support general day-to-day ranch operations
