• Employed practice is seeking BE / BC Family Medicine physicians to join their team due to retirement
• Competitive salary with bonus to be discussed directly with employer
• Call : 1 : 4, phone only and backup to nurse triage
• 100% outpatient
• Full-time, permanent position with a 1 / 2 day for admin work
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• All ages seen but pediatrics is optional
• 20-25 patients on average per day
• EMR : Paragon
• Open to 2026s
• Sign-on bonus $25,000 (1 / 2 sign and 1 / 2 start)
