This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, along with an additional $2,000 sign-on bonus specifically for evening shift roles.

Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position with evening shifts, including 8 or 10-hour options. Expect on-call duties primarily overnight and on weekends based on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare a sterile surgical area, utilizing aseptic techniques for optimal patient care.Assist in various surgical procedures while maintaining knowledge of protocols and equipment.Ensure cleanliness and safety of the operating room, setting up for each case, and managing equipment effectively.Participate in patient positioning and transport as necessary.Communicate equipment and supply needs to team members promptly.Observe and report any breaks in aseptic technique.Qualifications :
Must possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association obtained within 6 months.Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program is required.No prior experience necessary.Skills Needed :
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical instruments.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Basic proficiency with computers.Physical Requirements :
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and stressful environment.Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing / pulling up to 30 lbs.Must maintain good functional sight and hearing, along with wearing necessary personal protective equipment.This job description is intended to provide an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for this role; it may not cover all tasks or duties required.
