Position Summary :

The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance team ensuring that all manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure are operating safely and efficiently. This role involves leading a team of technicians prioritizing maintenance tasks coordinating preventive maintenance schedules and responding to equipment breakdowns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial maintenance and electrical / mechanical systems along with strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

Reporting Relationships :

The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Location : This position will be based in Hialeah FL.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead mentor and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct and oversee preventive maintenance on all facility equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures including Lockout / Tagout and confined space protocols.
• Maintain and improve facility systems including lighting HVAC plumbing and electrical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with production quality and facilities teams to resolve issues and plan maintenance work.
• Monitor and maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and breakdowns.
• Safely operate mobile equipment such as forklifts scissor lifts and JLG-type lifts.
• Ensure proper training and development of maintenance team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
