Hours & Pay

Shift : Day shift (specific hours to be confirmed)

Pay Range : $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Type : Direct hire (not temporary); this is a full-time role with long-term career prospects

Daily Tasks & Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using AutoCAD based on engineering and design specifications.
• Program CNC machines using CAM software (for example, Peddimat, Sicam, or alternatives) to drive the fabrication of components and parts.
• Interpret technical drawings and translate them into CNC programs, verify accuracy through dry runs / simulations.
• Modify existing CAD files and CNC programs as production demands, design changes, or manufacturing improvements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, machinists, and production staff to optimize designs for manufacturability and production flow.
• Maintain organized records of all CAD files, CNC programs, and revision histories in compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with drafting standards, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations within the shop floor and office.
