Location : Scranton, PA

Start Date : 10 / 20

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift Details :

Days, 5x8hr shifts (8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

After-hours and 24-hour weekend call required

Requirements :

1 year Cardiac Interventional Radiology Cath Lab experience required

ARRT certification required

BLS and ACLS required

RCIS preferred

Cerner experience preferred

Unit Details : Number of Beds : 3

Monthly Department Volume : ~300 cases

Services : Diagnostic catheterization, interventional, peripheral & peripheral intervention, structural heart, and thrombectomy

Scope : CVT support of diagnostic and therapeutic / interventional cardiovascular procedures

Job Summary :

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician demonstrates critical thinking and sound judgment while assisting with imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Responsibilities include performing studies in a timely manner under the direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services.
