Research Director

A company is looking for a Research Director / Principal Researcher to lead complex research projects in K-12 education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of complex research projects, ensuring rigorous study design and alignment with organizational goals

Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with financial and operational policies

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience

Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies, particularly in K-12 education

A minimum of 5 years of experience leading research or consultancy projects in the K-12 domain

Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics, with a preference for specialization in school finance or policy

Experience in grant and RFP writing is a plus
