Job description

Senior Business Analyst

N-iX is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients. Our client is the largest and leading industrial gas business in the world. They specialize in supplying different types of gases used in a wide variety of applications to meet customer needs across industrial, food, medical, chemical, and electronics industries.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join the project aimed to modernize application infrastructure and technology developing the solution from scratch.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop specifications, user stories, and business process documentation.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
  • Support project delivery by monitoring progress and assisting in issue resolution.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in logistics domain
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis tools.
