A company is looking for an Agency Contracting Specialist to guide new agencies through the contracting process.

Key Responsibilities

Create a seamless onboarding experience for new customers

Lead clients through the onboarding journey, managing milestones and deliverables

Teach clients how to effectively use the company's tools and systems

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or onboarding roles

Experience using CRMs or workflow management tools

Relationship management experience focused on guiding clients

Curiosity and eagerness to learn

Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
