Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Specializing in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)

Healthcare United is expanding its Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) services and is actively seeking a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to bring OMT expertise across our three clinics, helping patients achieve their wellness goals through cutting-edge, holistic care.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical exams, to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using OMT techniques to relieve pain, enhance mobility, and improve overall function.
Provide patient education on lifestyle modifications, preventive measures, and therapeutic exercises to optimize outcomes and prevent recurrence of issues.
Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team, including MDs, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other specialists, to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care.
Maintain meticulous medical records, documenting patient progress and treatment results in a timely and accurate manner.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in OMT techniques and osteopathic medicine through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Lead and support patients throughout their treatment journey, working towards improved health and quality of life.

Requirements

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

Completion of a one-year fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT).

Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive bedside manner and the ability to establish trust with patients and their families.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

A self-motivated, adaptable professional with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
