We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is passionate about leading a team pushing the capabilities of our public‑facing websites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend and full‑stack engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
• Oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering standards.
• Be hands‑on and provide input to software architecture, design, and optimisation of scalable full‑stack software solutions, including developing technical strategy and roadmap for our internal systems like our CMS, tooling, open source software, deployment strategy, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate across the organization and consistently interface with product, design, UX, marketing and other technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Develop and refine processes and tools to improve team performance, quality‑of‑life, as well as product performance and quality. Leverage and evangelise the use of AI tooling to improve engineering velocity and quality, where appropriate.
• Career coaching including performance assessment and career development.
