The Director Security Services leads effective safety and security programs compliant with Federal and State safety regulations and The Joint Commission standards.

What qualifications you will need :

Bachelor's degree in safety, security or related field preferred; 10+ year's experience at management level in safety and / or security may be substituted for education.

5+ year's of experience in leadership, project management, business processes, finance and budgeting, and demonstrated experience in healthcare security operations required.

CHSP or higher level safety related certification within 3 years of hire required.

Valid driver's license required.
