Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist located in Fort Mill, SC. The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, working closely with families and caregivers, providing therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with other therapists and professionals to ensure holistic care for each child.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy, Speech, and treating Dysphagia
• Experience with assessing and managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues effectively
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric needs
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina
• Preferred experience in a pediatric therapy setting
