This pivotal role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive market-shaping activities and ensure commercial success across our IO franchise. Based at our Gaithersburg MD campus youll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistency in key HCP promotions. Accountabilities

• Lead implementation of HCP personal nonpersonal and peer-to-peer marketing strategies in the US market setting our brand apart in a competitive environment.
• Support the creation of both branded and unbranded HCP campaign strategies to support key education initiatives focusing on opportunities that enable orchestration across channels and functions.
• Engage with field teams to capture local insights informing promotional messaging tools and resources.
• Manage partner agency relationships workflow and related project budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with peer indication leads across the US to maximize strategic alignment and executional pull-through.
• Collaborate with legal regulatory medical and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the identification evaluation and adoption of new partnerships and technologies.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $151081.60 - $226622.40 USD Annual Our positions offer eligibility for various incentivesan opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs paid time off (i.e. vacation holiday and leaves) as well as health dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
