The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for certain aspects of the business, as assigned by the Store Manager. They are accountable for all store operations and functions when the store manager is absent. They are responsible for the customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager trains, develops and creates space for others to achieve results.

Responsible for the monthly strategies and OPS
Represent the BonLook brand : reflect company values and brand image at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5 years of managerial experience in retail
Previous experience in an optical setting not required
Must have open availability for weekdays, evenings and weekends
HR knowledge : recruitment, scheduling, training and performance management
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management skills
