Job descriptionExperience : Screen printing for 3 years on servo driven presses. Full experience required with all machine controls to optimize print. Education : High School Diploma or equivalent. Skills : Press setup with understanding of off-contact & proper squeegee pressure Background in screen printing on containers. Experience with thermoplastic and UV inks. Knowledge of servo controlled presses. Bilingual in English and Spanish greatly valued. Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs. Day Shift and Night Shift openings available. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and handle repetitive tasks in a production setting. Quality Inspection Experience Troubleshooting Skills Food and Beverage Manufacturing Lean Manufacturing Principles Machine Setups for Production Runs Experience in a Manufacturing Environment HMI

Independently set up and operate Kammann K-15 and Fermac F-12 screen printing presses to print glass bottles. Ensure efficient production, quality output, and compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, optimize, and operate automatic screen printing presses.
- Perform changeovers between jobs, adjusting screens, inks, and tooling as needed.
- Troubleshoot print issues to maintain consistent print quality and minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure print meet specifications.
