Job descriptionManage and service a $2 million premium book of business focusing on personal home and auto accounts Drive new business sales and actively seek opportunities to grow the book of business Maintain and retain existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes Licenses / Certifications : Property and Casualty (PC) license required Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Self-motivated and driven to achieve results

Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team.
