Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Middle Eastern cuisine, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to craft memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation
• Design and execute seasonal menus inspired by Middle Eastern flavors
• Manage inventory, food cost, and vendor relationships
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume or fine dining setting
• Deep knowledge of Middle Eastern ingredients and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
