JOB SPECIFICS

• Join a well-known and growing practice with an established patient panel
• Team consists of 10 physicians and 6 APP’s – including 2 Pediatricians and 1 Internal Medicine Physician
• Embedded services such as Anticoagulation Clinic, Complex Care, Diabetic Educator, Nurse Visit Clinic, and Behavioral Health Services to assist in management of patients for best patient care outcomes
• Large clinic space – with 2-3 dedicated exam rooms per provider
• Outpatient only position
• Minimal call. OSF After-Hours Call Center will take first call.

Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position : $285,000-$305,000

Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
