Crew Member – Sales & Sports Photography

Location : Austin, TX (Travel Required)

  • You’re comfortable on your feet – This role involves walking up to 10 miles per day at busy sports venues.
  • You’re available on weekends – Our events take place Friday-Sunday and require travel.
  • You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – Travel is a key part of the role.

    • The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

    This position is 70% sales and 30% photography , focusing on maximizing sales at sports tournaments while assisting with photography duties. Your responsibilities will include :

    Sales & Customer Engagement (Primary Role)

  • Actively sell our photography products to parents and athletes at youth sports events.
  • Demonstrate product value and create urgency to drive sales.
  • Upsell and close deals using proven sales techniques.
  • Build relationships with customers to increase conversions.

    • Photography & Event Support (Secondary Role)

  • Assist with team and individual photos before games.
  • Capture sample images to drive interest and boost sales.
  • Help with event setup & breakdown , ensuring a smooth operation.

    • Travel & Team Collaboration

  • Travel to designated sports events, representing PhotoMules professionally .
  • Work closely with your team to maximize revenue and provide an exceptional customer experience .
