Summary :

As our Delivery Driver you’ll be the face of The Bev Shop in your community. If you have superior customer service & like to drive, we’d love to hear from you! A normal day on the job can consist of various deliveries, it’s like Uber Eats or Door Dash, but with alcohol! Upon arriving at the customer’s location, drivers are responsible for checking their ID while giving our loyal customers the best interaction possible. Our dedicated drivers receive an hourly rate, keep all their tips, & mileage reimbursement. If deliveries ever slow down, our driver’s work in tandem with our in-store team providing guests with superior customer service.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Practice Responsible alcohol delivery service standards as set forth by state law, regarding ID verification as well as any specific Delivery System ID Technology required.
• Thoroughly review orders before and after each delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Follow all transportation and parking laws
• Ability to operate our Delivery System via office computer
• Strong commitment to provide customers with an excellent experience
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions and handle complaints from customers.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Prepare mileage & tip reports relating to deliveries.
