Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The EVS Attendant is responsible for the daily upkeep of the interior and exterior of the Casino & Resort facility while upholding Oaklawn's Core Values. Always presents a friendly and professional image at the Hotel / Casino. The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary :

• Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
• Mixes chemicals and operates carpet shampooer and buffer.
• Moves furniture and cleans assigned area.
• Maintains and cleans machines after use.
• Provides excellent guest services, treating guests and team members with courtesy and consideration at all times.
• Cooperates and communicates with all fellow team members, always exhibiting mutual respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful image / attitude.
• Maintains excellent working relationships with other departments and all applicable regulatory commissions and vendors as needed.
• May be assigned to various venues throughout the property depending on business needs.
• Follows established procedures and policies of the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
