Mom365 is searching for a dynamic Area Supervisor to oversee our talented team of newborn photographers across multiple hospital locations throughout the Phoenix Metro and Tucson markets.

If you’ve led teams, thrived in high-volume photography environments (think school photography, studio portraits, or newborn photography), and are ready to grow with a national leader, this is your moment.

Your Role :

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of photographers across multiple hospital sites.
  • Driving sales and photography performance, consistency, and quality in every newborn session.
  • Training new photographers.
  • Partnering with hospital staff and building strong on-site relationships.
  • Monitoring KPIs and achieving business goals related to customer satisfaction and sales.

Ideal Background :

  • Photography Experience : You’ve been behind the lens—ideally in newborn, school, or studio photography.
  • Sales Experience : In-person, consultative sales process.
  • Leadership : Experience supervising teams, especially in multi-site environments.
  • Drive for Growth : You’re hungry for a leadership role that brings greater income and responsibility.
