VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Pediatric.

• City : Portage
• State : WI
• Start Date : Pending Privileges
• End Date : TBD
• Description : This is position to cover nursery call and telephone in a low OB volume (level 1 nursery), in a medium sized rural hospital. We are seeking of coverage of 2-3 weeks per month ongoing including the weekend and can be flexible on dates. Typical volumes are 0-2 births over a weekend. We are located on the Wisconsin River- 30 minutes from Madison WI and 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells with all of its attractions for your family. We are in close proximity of many local parks and campgrounds as well. ACT 10 is acceptable.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
