We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Studio Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced creative team. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee the coordination of product samples, photoshoot logistics, and overall studio operations to ensure everything runs smoothly from pre-production to final asset delivery.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting photographers, retouchers, and stylists by managing schedules, ordering and tracking samples, coordinating shoot logistics, and assisting with styling and prop sourcing. You’ll also help organize assets, maintain paperwork, and manage post-production tracking—keeping everything aligned and on time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the delivery and tracking of final asset releases
- Coordinate and support lifestyle photoshoots
- Collaborate with the creative marketing team to plan shoots, manage sample coordination, and ensure alignment with brand goals
- Oversee sample ordering, tracking, and organizing samples on-site
- Prepare, send, and receive sample packages
- Ensure correct samples are delivered to photographers and returned post-shoot
- Maintain a clear and organized sample system at HQ
- Schedule photographers, talent, and shoot timelines
- Handle administrative tasks including paperwork, image distribution, and shoot logistics
- Assist with on-site support during photoshoots and contribute to post-production processes
- Support the general organization and upkeep of the studio space
What You Bring :
3–5 years of experience in production, creative operations, fashion, retail, CPG, beauty or marketingExcellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detailClear, proactive communicator comfortable working across departmentsAbility to take initiative and implement process improvementsComfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with PLM systems and Airtable is a plusAvailable to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA at least 3 days per week (hybrid role)
