Job description

Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate for a growing organization in Durham, North Carolina. The Operations Associate will support the operations team within various functions of the business. The Operations Associate will have a strong customer service focus. The Operations Associate role will sit onsite 3 days a week

Responsibilities for the Operations Associat e include :

Client focus and support
Handle all verbal and written communication
Problem Solver
Complete all requests and tasks in timely manner

Qualifications for the Operations Associate include :

Bachelor’s Degree is Required

Onsite 3 days a week is Required

Customer Service focus

Work with customers over phone, email, chats, and texts

Compensation for the Operations Associate includes :

Range : $22-24 / hr based on experience.

Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick leave as required by law
