Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage multiple patients with a 3 : 1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Respond to emergencies and trauma situations, performing life-saving interventions when necessary.
