Job descriptionCreate and maintain SKUs for new products and bundles across systems and platforms Set up and maintain BOMs, incorporating formulation updates, tariffs, and import fees into costing Maintain accurate inventory records and partner with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies Track lot numbers and product expiry to reduce aging inventory risk Monitor channel-specific sales velocity and adjust production timing as needed Manage backorders and ensure timely replenishment based on inbound shipments Monitor unfulfillable inventory and execute corrective actions Oversee unfulfilled customer orders and escalate to warehouse when required Anticipate subscription fulfillment risks and proactively implement solutions Create dashboards and reports on inventory health, production schedules, and sales trends Analyze historical demand data to improve forecast accuracy and planning models Identify opportunities to improve workflows and inventory tracking Support implementation of tools and automation to enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities Coordinate with marketing for product launches and promotional campaigns Work closely with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to align planning with fulfillment capacity Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed to support operational goals

They are seeking a proactive Inventory & Production Planner to join their Operations team. This role is crucial in maintaining optimal inventory levels, aligning production with demand forecasts, and supporting smooth fulfillment that drives continued business growth.
What You'll Do
Inventory & Production Scheduling
- Convert demand forecasts into production schedules aligned with lead times and sales goals
- Monitor and replenish finished goods inventory across all sales channels to prevent stockouts or overstock
- Trigger, track, and manage production orders with contract manufacturers
SKU & BOM Management
Inventory Optimization & Control
Order & Fulfillment Monitoring
