Compensation : Up to $150,000 annually, depending on experience

The Opportunity :

Pathway Talent Partners is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager on behalf of our client to oversee internal IT operations, infrastructure, and support across both office and field environments. This is a hands-on leadership role with an emphasis on hardware deployment, end-user support, and systems management, with a preference for candidates familiar with Vista by Viewpoint.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure, and technical support for office and field staff
  • Lead hardware deployment and maintenance, including laptops, mobile devices, networking gear, and servers
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle planning, and hardware refresh strategies
  • Deliver timely, high-quality end-user support and troubleshoot system issues
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure service quality and performance
  • Ensure system security, backup processes, and disaster recovery protocols are in place and up to date
  • Support technology needs for job sites and remote teams
  • Preferred : Administer and support Vista by Viewpoint or similar construction ERP platforms
  • Identify and implement IT infrastructure improvements to support company growth
  • Establish IT policies, user guidelines, and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years in IT support or systems administration, with at least 2 years in an IT leadership role
  • Strong experience in hardware deployment and support in field-based or construction environments
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Preferred : Familiarity with Vista by Viewpoint or similar construction-specific systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to lead initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
