Essential Skills :

• Good Workday HCM knowledge and work experience, hands on configuration experience in the following workday taxonomies : Performance Management, Talent Management
• Strong workday reporting knowledge, hands on experience creating complex reports, calculated fields, report transformations
• Strong lead abilities
• Adhere Citi IS and Process norms and support documentation appropriately for the SDLC phases
• Complete assigned mandatory trainings within the provided timelines
• Ability to analyze and resolve user concerns and educate users on resolutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and client facing skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
• Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate it to a technical solution.
