A rapidly growing regional telecommunications provider is seeking a dynamic Sr. Solutions Architect to join their high-performing team. This is a hybrid role with regular in-office collaboration required.

In this highly visible role, you'll act as both a technical advisor and strategic partner across some of the largest and most complex enterprise accounts in the region. This is more than just a sales engineering function - it's an opportunity to drive high-impact solutions, mentor a skilled team, and influence multimillion-dollar client relationships across financial, healthcare, and institutional sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource aligned to regional sales leadership and top-tier enterprise accounts.
• Lead solution design across complex telecom / networking infrastructure, including Dark Fiber, DWDM, MPLS, Ethernet, SD-WAN, UCaaS, SIP, and IP / BGP.
• Engage with Director to C-level stakeholders to qualify needs, derive custom solutions, and present compelling business cases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and service delivery teams to validate designs, ensure feasibility, and support seamless customer implementation.
• Mentor a team of junior to mid-level Sales Engineers, guiding technical and professional development.
• Coach sales teams on how to better qualify opportunities, utilize technical resources effectively, and align on solution strategy.
• Support RFP / RFQ responses, technical documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
• Participate in new product rollouts and training initiatives as a subject matter expert.
