Hourly Pay Range :

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Location : Chicago, IL
• Part-Time
• Hours : Per Diem - M-F with rotating coverage of 7a-3 : 30pm, 11 am - 7 : 30 pm, 3 pm - 11 : 30 pm, and 9 am - 5 : 30 pm; rotating weekend coverage; on call requirements based on selected per diem level commitment
• Required Travel : Floating to other Endeavor Health locations based on selected per diem level commitment
