Job Description

We are seeking a  Procurement and Supply Chain Support Specialist  to support the upstream unconventional business unit with procurement and supply chain management activities. This role focuses on executing commercial strategies through the request for quotation (RFQ) process, managing purchase orders, and supporting invoice troubleshooting. The position primarily handles PVFF / MRO, Sand, Chemicals, and Rotating Equipment categories. This regional role is based in Spring, TX and serves U.S. operations.

Responsibilities

• Request and validate vendor setup in procurement and accounting systems as needed.
• Form, issue, and administer purchase orders and change orders valued between $10K and $100K+.
• Facilitate and analyze quotations across all business units.
• Assist in resolving accounts payable issues related to purchase orders.
• Conduct simple commercial negotiations, including terms and conditions.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with procurement managers, category managers, supply chain operations, and other key stakeholders.
• Support supply chain and materials coordinators with procurement activities as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Location : Spring, TX

Pay : $42 / hr (1099)

Schedule : Monday-Friday (40 hours / week)
