Responsibilities
- Design and program surveys in Qualtrics to collect measurable data on employee experience
- Analyze survey data using statistical methods to generate actionable insights
- Create interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate survey findings
- Provide consultancy on survey design, ensuring questions and response options are optimized for data quality
- Integrate Qualtrics with other systems using API development skills, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
- Present and explain data insights to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise
- Continuously refine survey designs to improve the quality and relevance of collected data
Requirements
Proficiency in Qualtrics for survey design, including a deep understanding of question types and their impact on data qualityStrong statistical analysis skills to interpret complex survey dataExpertise in data visualization, capable of creating compelling and interactive dashboards and reportsExcellent communication skills, adept at conveying technical insights to non-technical stakeholdersDevelopment skills for API integration, with experience in RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML formatsNice to Have
