Laborer Color Blending & Warehouse Support

About the Role
Join our team and help keep our facility running efficiently! Were seeking a reliable safety-minded Laborer to support our color blending production team assist with warehouse operations and deliveries and provide hands-on customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Support production by assisting with color blending and tinting processes
- Operate tinting mixing and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload products for deliveries and incoming shipments
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with quality service standards rules and regulations
- Troubleshoot and assist customers with spray equipment and product concerns
- Help maintain facility organization and cleanliness
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle checks
